For weekends or holidays, we recommend ordering 3–5 days early. During Christmas week, spots fill quickly — once a date is full, it closes automatically.

Your board stays fresh in the fridge for up to 48 hours. For the best flavor, remove it from the refrigerator 20–30 minutes before serving.
